This Privacy Policy discloses how we gather, use, share and protect information collected about visitors to the Autobarn Inc. website and any other URLs and websites administered by M/s Autobarn Inc. and its Affiliates (as defined below) (collectively, the “Website”). By visiting the Website, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Autobarn Inc. encourages you to read this Privacy Policy carefully. The terms “Autobarn Inc.”, “Autobarn”, “we” or “us” as used herein refer to M/s AUTOBARN INC. and its Affiliates. The terms “you” and “user” as used herein refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing the website for any reason.

WHAT INFORMATION DOES AUTOBARN INC. COLLECT?

Autobarn Inc. collects two types of information: (1) “Communication Information,” which is personally identifying information you voluntarily provide, such as contact information, emails or letters; and (2) “Visitor Information,” which is information that is automatically collected as you visit and browse the Website (collectively, your “Information”).

COPYRIGHT AND TRADE MARK 

All Logos and watermarks displayed on our sites are the intellecual propoerties of their respective owners, including the "swoosh" car sign of Autobarn and Autobarn lettering in the Autobarn Logo, which are all legal properties of Autobarn Inc. in India and abroad including copyright rights.

If you communicate directly with Autobarn Inc. by phone, email or postal mail, Autobarn Inc. may collect, store and use any information it collects for its own business purposes. Additionally, Autobarn Inc. may periodically conduct surveys, usability studies and other programs that help Autobarn Inc. improve and promote its products and services. Visitors to the Website may voluntarily participate in these programs and, as a condition of such participation, they may be asked to provide additional information, which shall be deemed Communication Information.

Autobarn Inc. may use this “Communication Information” to respond to your requests, issues or inquiries or to improve the Website, Autobarn Inc. services or product offerings. Within sixty (60) days of a Request, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to discontinue our use of your Information. Please note that it may be impossible to delete all Information without some residual information being retained because of the nature in which backups of data are maintained. Please also note that we may retain changed or deleted information for archival or purposes other than contacting you.

 

DOES AUTOBARN INC. SHARE INFORMATION?

Autobarn Inc. does not share, rent, lease or sell Information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this Privacy Policy.

 

SERVICE PROVIDERS

Autobarn Inc. may use third parties to help with certain aspects of its operations, which may require disclosure of your Information. CORPORATE FAMILY

If another company acquires Autobarn Inc., your Information will be transferred to that company in accordance with the Change of Control section herein.

Autobarn Inc. may partner with third parties such as advertisers, Affiliates and other potential business partners (“Partners”), which may require disclosure of Visitor Information.

 

CHANGE IN CONTROL

Because the Automobile business is a rapidly evolving business, and Autobarn Inc. continues to develop and enhance its business, Autobarn Inc. may become subject to a corporate merger, corporate acquisition, or similar transaction involving the sale or combination of substantially all of its assets (a “Change in Control”). Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to interfere with the ability of Autobarn Inc. to undergo a Change of Control for any purposes, without any limitation whatsoever. Upon a Change in Control, Autobarn Inc. reserves the right to transfer and disclose your Information to the merged or resultant business entity, without your consent or any prior notice to you. However, during the thirty (30) day period following a Change in Control (“Notice Period”), Autobarn Inc. will use reasonable efforts to notify you of such Change in Control, such as by posting a notice on the Website, before your Information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy. Upon expiration of the Notice Period, your Information shall automatically be subject to the merged or resultant business entity’s privacy policy.

 

DISCLOSURES REQUIRED BY LAW

Autobarn Inc. reserves the right to disclose your Information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with legal process, (b) respond to any claims against it, (c) protect the rights, property or personal safety of Autobarn Inc., its employees, its customers or the public or (d) report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we have a good faith belief are unlawful. This includes exchanging Information with third parties to protect against fraud protection and to ensure credit risk reduction.

The Autobarn Inc. Website www.autobarn.com. may contain links to other web sites to which we may or may not have any affiliation. Autobarn Inc. is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other web sites. Autobarn Inc. encourages you to review the privacy policies posted on these third-party web sites. HOW DOES AUTOBARN INC. PROTECT MY INFORMATION Autobarn Inc. takes appropriate measures to protect all Information from unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and enable the correct use of Information. Autobarn Inc. utilizes security systems to protect such Information. However, no company can fully eliminate security or other risks associated with the possession of Information, and Autobarn Inc. makes no guarantee against unauthorized access to any Information you provide.
